- This company is not responsive to any of your concerns or questions. My daughters broke shortly after she received it and I tried reaching out to the company. It’s like this company doesn’t exist nor do they care when something goes wrong with this product. Buy her a different fitness tracker. I recommend the Garman vivofit Junior.. it’s waterproof and a lot more durableanswered on 2021-08-24 00:00:00
